Overcoming feelings of stress, anxiety, depression and burnout can be very difficult, but it is possible. At Ease Counselling Services uses a personalized approach to teach you tangible tools to effectively manage these feelings. Through lenses of awareness, neuroscience and lifestyle redesign, we will work together to identify and address the issues that are at the root of your pain and discomfort, setting you on a course to living the life you want and deserve..
What You Will Learn:
You will learn that the feelings and behaviours that are causing you problems are, in fact, perfectly normal and are justified through neuroscience. You will learn that you are not broken. You are simply feeling and behaving as humans always have. I will help you shift from being victim to your feelings and behaviours to understanding that they come from your mind and body working with you and for you. You will learn how to move through challenging situations and emotions in a way that allows you to remain present and centered, not depleted and overwhelmed. You will learn self-confidence and understand that no matter what obstacles you may face in your lifetime, you will be OK.

For more than 25 years, I have been helping people achieve optimal mental health by overcoming feelings of pain and discomfort. My clients are adults who experience today’s most common challenges, including stress, anxiety, panic, depression and burnout.
I am fluently bilingual, providing counselling and therapy services in both English and French to clients residing throughout Ontario. I have also provided consulting services to corporations and associations operating across Canada.

How It Works
Your healing journey begins with an initial consultation via telephone or video. If together we decide that we are the right “fit”, we will book a first virtual counselling appointment, typically within two weeks. Moving forward, we will meet at scheduled intervals, working together so you are equipped to pursue your journey through life as a happier, healthier person
