I offer twenty years’ experience as an executive in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) industry, during which I:

• Led corporate clients and individuals through management and resolution of incidents of extreme crisis, substance abuse, and mental illness.
• Developed and delivered clinical training, webinars and other educational initiatives to corporate clients — topics including substance abuse assessment, return to work psychotherapy and post-trauma care.
• Provided clinical supervision and case management consultation to counsellors and service providers for high risk/high profile cases.
