Clinical Policy Development

I offer extensive experience in developing and implementing clinical policies in the corporate environment, including:

• Substance Abuse Program development for both unionized and non-unionized environments.
• Clinical policy and program development to maintain compliance with Canadian Model Alcohol and Drug Work Rules, as well as to afford support and accommodation for employees found to be in breach.
• Employee mandated workplace referral programs.
• Standardizing clinical practices for urgent care intake, including for triaging ad treating high risk/high profile cases.
