Crisis Response
and Management

I have provided crisis response leadership and management during some of the biggest crises of the past several decades, including developing and coordinating large scale support efforts for 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York City and the 2003 SARS outbreak in the city of Toronto.

Other challenging workplace crises for which I have led responses and management include workplace substance use and abuse, workplace violence, severe mental illness and the creation of peer support programs.
